Vaccines/Medication
If you are planning to go abroad
and need travel vaccines please print this Travel Form
and make an
appointment directly with the nurse. Please give
yourself plenty of time around 4 weeks before
travelling.
If you are newly registered and not seen a
doctor before, we recommend you see one first to
discuss any previous medical history you may
have. The doctor will not be able to give you
the travel vaccines but you can book a nurse's
appointment afterwards.
Help to Stop Smoking
We have an advisor who holds
weekly clinics.
Please book at reception.
Alternatively, speak to any of our GPs or Nurses
who will be able to help you.
