Complaint or Suggestion
If you have any advice or ideas
to offer, please ask our reception staff for a
comments sheet. Alternatively please make an
appointment to see our
Practice Manager.
The Practice Manager is also the person to talk
to if you experience any problems with the
services we provide.
A copy of our Complaints Policy is displayed in
the Reception area and a copy can be obtained
from the Reception desk.
