How to Book an Appointment

Please view page on managing the ongoing risk of Covid Transmission for more information on what we are doing as a practice to reduce the risk of Covid to patients and staff.

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

  • Completing our Request Advice From a Clinician form and providing details of the issue you need help with. We will review this information and either provide advice or arrange an appointment with the clinician who is best suited to help you. This may be a GP, clinical pharmacist or other health professional.
  • Calling the surgery on 020 7619 6670 and speaking to one of our care navigators who will ask you a few questions to help them decide how best we can help you and to direct you to an appointment with the most appropriate health professional where necessary. They may also signpost you to other local and community services if an appointment is not required depending on the issue.

Patients are seen by appointment only during surgery hours. We are currently operating a telephone first and an online booking system.

Please do let us know if you require the use of an interpreter and the language needed, or if you need a sign language interpreter or help with any other access needs. Please also visit our disabled access page for further information.

The vast majority of GP appointments will continue to be released on the day. Please continue to phone on the day you wish to speak to a doctor. Doctors may arrange follow up appointments where appropriate. There is a small number of pre-bookable online telephone and video appointments.

Appointment System

Patients are seen by appointment only during our surgery hours between 8:40am and 6:30pm. We are offering both telephone and face to face appointments. We can also arrange video consultation if required. It is up to you to decide which kind of appointment you would like. However currently anyone with symptoms which may be suggestive of Covid will be assessed by phone first.

This includes anyone with symptoms of:

  • Cough
  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Flu like symptoms (headache and muscle pains)
  • Diarrhoea and vomiting

Please let us know if you require the use of an interpreter and the language needed. If you need a sign language interpreter or help with any other access needs. Please also visit our disabled access page for further information.

You can request appointments online via the form on our website Request Advice From a Clinician form and if appropriate we will arrange an appointment at a time which is convenient to you where possible.

We release appointments daily for same day appointments and some appointments for advance booking.

If you feel you need to speak urgently to a clinician and no appointments are available, our care navigators can offer you a telephone consultation with a duty clinician. This based on urgent clinical need only and is at the practice’s discretion.
