We are continually looking to turn out patients feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.

We would like to hear from you if you have a suggestion om how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences. We’d also like to hear from you if you are pleased with the services that you’ve received.

We’ll let the staff involved know and share the good practice across our teams.

If you would like to be more involved please also consider joining our patient participation group.

Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.

Want to make a complaint?

To make a complaint please contact the practice management team either by email to thegoodinge@nhs.net, write a letter or fill in the feedback form. Please see the Practice Complaints Policy for advice on how to make a complaint effectively. This will be dealt with by the practice management team who will deal with your concerns appropriately and as per our complaints procedure.
